Update: Emma from Customer support reached out to me wanting to fix somethings. I responded and I haven't heard back from anyone after they said they would replace the items and send me some 3 tuning forks of my choice. I sent a follow up to see if anyone has received my email and I still haven't received an reply back. Customer support is amazing, and they get back to you quickly. Shipping was pretty fast as well. The reason my rating is 2 stars is because I was missing my free sound healing guide and carrying bag. Customer support did send me my free tuning book guide through PDF. The packing was horrible; the tuning forks weren't secured. They couldn't send me my carrying bag since it was out of stock. My tuning forks are okay quality. My tuning forks arrived scratched and scuffed up, some more than others. Some tuning forks last longer than others, no more than 10 seconds. I had to keep hitting my tuning forks, which is okay, but on their website, they said the sound was long-lasting. Lastly, two of my tuning forks were mislabeled and gave the wrong information. You will not be receiving a soul star tuning fork. The frequency is not the same as the soul star. Overall, I am excited to use my new tuning forks, but bummed out about some things.

Everything about these is perfect. Tuning is accurate and the finish is even. They're lightweight and very easy to manage during a session.
