C5 Note Crystal Tuning Fork - Higher Chakras

Yes! Crystal tuning forks are incredibly easy to use, even for beginners. Simply gently strike the tuning fork with the included striker or tap it against a soft activator to produce a clear, resonant vibration. You can then place it near the body, over energy centers (chakras), or use it in sound therapy sessions.

To make it even easier, we provide a free Tuning Fork Guide with your purchase. This guide, sent via email, includes practical tips, techniques, and care instructions to help you confidently integrate your tuning fork into your meditation, healing, or energy work practices.

To activate a crystal tuning fork, gently strike it against a suede or rubber activator.

You can also use a soft mallet to create a smooth and sustained resonance. Avoid striking it against hard surfaces, as quartz is delicate and can break upon impact.

Crystal tuning forks are fragile and should be handled with care. Here’s how to maintain them:

1. Store them in a padded case to prevent accidental damage.
2. Avoid striking them against hard objects—always use a soft activator.
3. Clean them gently with a soft, damp cloth to maintain their clarity and vibrational purity.
4. Keep them away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve their integrity.

Crystal tuning forks are safe when used mindfully. Their vibrations are gentle and healing, but it's best to avoid playing them too close to the ears.
